Can I choose my bracelets?
No. The bracelets are mystery items. You purchase a scoop, and the blue crystals drawn determine which bracelets you receive.
How many bags do I get per scoop?
Each scoop can contain bracelets, depending on the size and quantity of blur crystals drawn.
Can I watch my order being made on video?
Yes. We offer a “Make My Order on
Video” ( put the link to the product ) option.
You must select and pay for this option during checkout.
Am I required to get a video?
No. You can purchase a standard scoop without a video.
What scoop formats do you offer?
We offer three scoop options:
• 1 scoop
• 2 scoop
• 3 scoops
• 5 scoops
Do you accept special requests?
No. We do not accept special requests, replacements, or custom selections.
Can I return or exchange bracelets?
No. Mystery Bags are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Are shipping fees and customs charges included?
No. Shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
Do you try to avoid duplicates?
Yes, we do our best to avoid duplicates, but it is never guaranteed.
