Welcome to Jewellery Mystery Box. By accessing or using our website (www.jewellerymysterybox.ca), placing an order, or purchasing any of our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Jewellery Mystery Box is a fully virtual business based in Canada. All products sold on this website are Mystery Bags and Scoops created from random crystal pulls. Every order is unique and cannot be customized.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • The contents of each Mystery Bag are unknown until delivered.
  • You cannot select specific bracelets or request changes.

The results of your scoop (blue crystals pulled) determine your bracelets.

2. Products & Mystery Bags

All items are packaged in sealed mystery bags. Quantities per scoop may vary, depend how many blue diamond you get. We do our best to avoid duplicates, but duplication is possible and not eligible for replacement or refund.

Some scoops may include video recordings or livestream pulls if selected at checkout.
 If no video option is purchased, no video will be provided.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, or other approved payment gateways.

We are not responsible for:

● Currency conversion fees
● International transaction fees

 Bank charges imposed by your financial institution.

    4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees are paid by the customer. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are also the customer’s responsibility.

We ship within Canada and the United States. Processing time is typically 3–6 business days.

Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays, damages, or lost packages.

5. No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges

Due to the mystery nature of our products:

● No refunds

● No returns

● No exchanges

● No cancellations

Are permitted under any circumstances.

This includes (but is not limited to):

● Receiving duplicates

● Personal preferences

● Perceived value

● Changing your mind 

● Ordering mistakes

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

6. Special Requests

We do not accept special requests, custom selections, or modifications of any kind.

7. Videos & Livestreams

Video ordering is available only if purchased as an add-on.  If the customer does not select the paid video option, the order will be fulfilled without video.

Jewellery Mystery Box reserves the right to decline video fulfillment if inappropriate behavior is observed during live sessions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, videos, text, and branding — is the exclusive property of Jewellery Mystery Box. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jewellery Mystery Box is not liable for:

● Postal delays or lost packages

● Customer dissatisfaction with mystery items

● Reactions to materials (e.g., metal allergies)

● Errors caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the order.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
