Shipping Policy

Politique d'expédition

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at the checkout based on destination and carrier rates.

Orders are processed within 3 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.  Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Jewelry Mystery Box Canada is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returned Packages 

If a package is returned to us dur to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to claim the package, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Jewelry Mystery Box Canada is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location.

International Shipping (if applicable) 

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
